You acknowledge that you are responsible for bringing your own snacks and any other equipment or supplies you may require. You understand that a table and chair will be provided to you and that you am responsible for their condition throughout the tournament.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage you may cause to golf carts and/or other property of Château Elan.

By submitting this form, you agree to the TechBridge website terms of use and privacy policy.


You acknowledge that Château Elan Golf Club enforces a $200 per sponsor cleanup fee. You agree to pay this fee if your Sponsor Rep(s) fail(s) to collapse all provided tables and chairs and remove all trash.


By submitting this form, you hereby grant TechBridge, Inc. permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. 


You agree that all photos will become the property of TechBridge, Inc. and will not be returned. 


You hereby irrevocably authorize TechBridge, Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.


You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge TechBridge, Inc. from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
